There are over 100 CyberKnife® centres already, mostly in the USA and Asia. The number of centres in Europe has increased sharply in recent times however and more are planned or under construction.
As the technology is rolled out internationally, so the extent and nature of practical experience of the surgeons will vary and many smaller countries may not have their own CyberKnife® centres for some time to come.
The different centres are also developing their own treatment protocols and the range of supporting hardware and software is always expanding. As with any service, the best centre for you may therefore not be the nearest one.
