How does the Physiobench service work?
1
Visit the web site and read about your type of injury and the basics on how to assess and manage it.
2
Read the profiles of the Physiobench physiotherapists and decide which one is best for you.  Many are specialists in certain sports and work with UK national or professional teams.  Alternatively you can let Physiobench decide which one is best for your condition.
3
Complete a simple registration form and then a detailed profile of your condition.  This includes where the pain is, what makes it better or worse, known medical conditions and other important information.
4
Check that your information is correct and submit it for review.  Payment will now be requested (currently GBP28.00)
5
You will receive your physiotherapy programme and a follow-up consultation on-line is included in the package.
